Zintech offices are located in Poole in Dorset. Our laptop hire service spans the length of the UK and in some cases Europe. As part of our service we deliver your hired laptops the day prior to the start of your rental period so that you have an opportunity to set the laptops up as you wish prior to your training day, conference, exhibition or other event. We collect the laptops the day following the end of your rental period by FedEx.

Delivery and Collection costs are included in your rental package and for all orders over £500 we are able to provide delivery and collection free of charge. We also provide free delivery for all orders placed in the Bournemouth and Poole area within a 10 mile radius of our offices.

Our regular laptop hire delivery service is on a next day basis with options for delivery by certain times in the day. As long as we receive your order by 15.oo we are able to deliver your products on a next day basis. There is a same day delivery service available depending on your location. We can deliver to London and surrounding areas on a same day basis at short notice if required. Mobile Broadband Hire

Not only can we offer you high quality laptops at short notice but we have recently introduced mobile broadband hire to our product range. This is the perfect solution if either you have just moved house and your internet service provider (ISP) takes longer than expected to activate your line (regular occurrence!) or maybe you have an event that requires multiple devices to connect to the internet. We have single dongles that you can plug into your laptop or desktop as well as devices that will allow you to connect multiple devices at once. We charge a flat rate per week (£34.54) which includes up to 1GB of inclusive usage.

We have chosen the 3 Network (Hutchinson Telecom) to be our mobile broadband provider as we felt their all round service for speed and network coverage was the most reliable. We have been offering this service on our sister site zintech.co.uk for a number of months and the feedback has been excellent. We will also be offering mobile broadband hire at a reduced rate when hired with a laptop. We have the capabilities here at Zintech to be able to cater for large events and conferences and provide a temporary internet connection if require.

Due to very high roaming costs that the networks charge we are only able to offer mobile broadband in the UK. However we are currently looking at ways to be able to offer an affordable solution for use overseas which we hope to have in place in the coming months.

Happy New Year from all at Zintech HQ and we hope it will be a successful 2010 for everyone. Zintech Media saw a busy 2009 with the purchase of new stock, a new website and an increase in our range of products on offer. During 2010 we intend to continue providing reliable laptop hire solutions to businesses and the consumer. We will be increasing our mobile broadband stock in order to be able to offer temporary internet solutions on a large scale.

During January we are offering free delivery and collection on all Laptop rental orders placed in January 2010. This means that we can provide even more affordable hire solutions for your business. We deliver all of our goods  the day prior to the start of the rental period by FedEx and collect the day following your rental. This ensures that you have time to set up and install and software prior to your event. Our normal delivery and collection charge is £40 but during January 2010 we will be offering delivery free of charge (UK only).

We hire all the major laptop brands such as HP, Toshiba, Acer, Fujitsu and Lenovo. All of our laptops are installed with either Windows XP or Vista and we can also install software such as Microsoft Office if required. To guarantee privacy we format each laptop on its return to ensure that any files you may have left on their are not availble for anyone else to view.

Prior to dispatch all of our equipment is tested and checked. We deliver your items the day before your rental starts so you have the opportunity to set up the equipment and install and programs that you may be using. The first working day following the end of you rental period we collect the equipment by FedEx.

If you are looking for a temporary internet connection we can also supply mobile broadband for 1 to 50 users. We offer a moblie broadband device which comes with 1GB of inclusive data allowance for as little as £15.41.
