Terms and Conditions of Use

Interpretation
“Equipment” - means the Equipment (including any parts for them) specifically stated in the Order Confirmation.
“Hirer” - means the person or business placing an order for any equipment with Zintech.
“Rental Period” - means the period commencing on the date of delivery as specified in the Order Confirmation until the return date or unless terminated in accordance with these terms.
“Zintech” - means Zintech Ltd (registered number 5598587)
“Order Confirmation” - means an order confirmation from Zintech confirming receipt of the Hirer’s payment
“Writing” - and any similar expression, includes facsimile transmission, e-mail and comparable means of communication.
“Website” - means the website for the rental of the Equipment at www.zintechmedia.co.uk  

“Contract” - means the contract for the supply and rental of the Equipment.
“Terms” – means the standard terms of rental and supply of the Equipment set out in this document and includes any special terms agreed in Writing between the Hirer and Zintech.

Rental Period
The Rental Period will be from one day upwards. The rental period commences on the day the equipment is delivered and expires on the day teh equipment is collected.
