The Company
Zintech Ltd are based in Bournemouth and Poole area and were incorporated in 2005. Its aim simply is to hire the latest audio visual products to the public and businesses. We strive to make this as affordable and simple for our customers whilst offering a 1st class service. We do not stop at just hiring our clients audio visual products. We work with them from start to finish ensuring they have the right products so that their event runs as smooth as possible.
Our Staff
Following our customers’ initial enquiry; either by phone or via the internet, our staff are trained to provide excellent levels of pre-sale and after sales service. Technical advice/guidance is offered as well as post-installation support. Our staff are always available to help with any enquiry.
Ordering Process
Enquiries can be made via the online enquiry form or by phone where one of our trained staff will be on hand to help you with any technical questions you may have. We always endeavour to respond to email enquiries within one hour during business hours. When an order is placed confirmation details are sent either by email or post.
Delivery/Installation
As well as our service and support, we are aware that safe and time sensitive transport is extremely important. Depending on your requirements our products are shipped either by courier or by Zintech Media if installation is required. For customers local to the Poole and Bournemouth area equipment can be collected from our offices to save on delivery costs.
